Refunds/Exchange Policy

NOTE ON CLOTHING SIZES: 

In the case of clothing items, all of our products have varying measurements, so it is important that you check the sizing guide provided for each item and compare it with a garment you already own for better accuracy. As most of our pieces are from Asia, cuttings tend to be between 1-3 sizes smaller than US/ UK sizing, so please double check the size charts, or abstain from purchasing if you arent willing to bare the risks. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED FOR CLOTHING SIZING ISSUES. 

1. If I changed my mind after placed order, can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We do not issue refunds once the order is prepared and shipped. However, if you contact us immediately after making the order, we can cancel your order and proceed the refund for you. 

2. Can I return an item for a full refund?

Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If such a case happens, please inform us within 15 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would be happy (in the case of defects) to exchange the item for a non-defective replacement of the same item, or provide a refund. 

3. When can I expect a refund after I returned an item?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, within a certain amount of days.

4. Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?

We do not do exchanges

5. If my order is lost in transit, what can I do?

All orders are protected by JD ICE Order Protection. If your package doesn't arrive or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase or resend the item to you.

6. How about SALE items?

Unfortunately, ALL items sold during sales/promotions are final and cannot be refunded/ exchanged.
