Shipping & Delivery Information

We seek to provide the best shipping experience to you, regardless of your location. Every day, we ship Worldwide for free, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

Stage 1: Processing time

After your payment is processed and verified in our system, there comes the tailoring, quality control, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 1-7 days after the order is placed, which takes an additional 5-10 days. Certain products might arrive separately due to them being sent from different warehouses. They may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages and at different times. Many of our products are shipped from overseas. 

Stage 2: Shipping time

US orders ship FREE via a preselected US Postal Service. U.S. orders usually take between 12 to 20 business days to arrive, but may take longer depending of the date of purchase.
International Orders are also FREE, but may take between 15 to 30 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 40 days depending on where you are in the World. Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, Worldwide orders can take in excess of 40 days to arrive:

1. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do provide free worldwide shipping.

2. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses based in Shanghai, and United States. If you order more than 1 item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages and at different times.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for orders takes about 1-7 business days before shipment. After that, delivery to you take 1 week - 1 month depending on what you purchased and where you live! However, it is usually much shorter than this. If unsure do feel free to drop us an email under 'Contact Us'.

4. My order has not arrived yet, even after 1 months.

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may just live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items. If it does not arrive within 1 months upon ordering, we can offer a refund for you. 

5. I have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items?

As we ship from different warehouses using different carriers, some items may arrive earlier than others. Parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs' security checks based on governing laws of different countries and states.

6. Will my item arrive to me before ...?

If you plan to purchase the items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month which the holiday is happening as there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

7. Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, containing your tracking information. If you haven't received an email within 5 days of your purchase, please contact us; is the best way to get in touch - send us an email, and one our reps will respond within 24 hrs. 8. My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies it takes up to 5 business days for tracking information to register on the system. If it has been more than 5 business days since your purchase, and you have yet to receive an email, please contact us.
